Whether this is your first time needing a notary public or a returning customer, you can be assured that I will come to you; at the comfort of your home, your place of business or even meet at a local coffee shop.
My notarial practice is able to remain very competitive on price due to economies of scale. This means that I am able to keep my notarial services competitive as well cost-effective as I have a client-base that regularly requires documents to be notarized. By managing my costs, I have had the opportunity to use my expertise to help vast numbers of clients achieve their business and personal goals without delay. I will travel to my clients location, where I do Notarization of documents and including loan document signings. The trend today is for the (“Mobile Notary” or sometimes called the “Notary Travel” or “Traveling Notary”) Notary Public to meet with clients at their convenience, in a place of their choosing. My competitive fees includes traveling as well as Notary fees.
***Remember that per signature means per signer, per document. So two (2) signers on the same document is two (2) signatures, and it is NOT how many times the notary is required to sign or stamp***
As a certified notary can "only" serve as either a Witness or a Notary, but not both on a document.
Our fee structure and schedule remains unchanged currently. So our pricing will be the same as listed, and as expected.
Notary Fees + Travel Fees +

WHAT IS AN APOSTILLE?
In simplest form, An Apostille is an authentication of public official signatures on documents to be used outside the United States of America. Some countries only will recognize your Birth Certificate or other type of official document if is authenticated by the Secretary of State which the document was issued. This authentication can be an Apostille or a Certification.
What documents are typically submitted for authentication?
- Birth Certificates
- Bylaws
- Certificates of Non-Marital Status
- Corporate documents such as articles, mergers, amendments, etc.
- Deeds of Assignment
- Distributorship Agreements
- Marriage Licenses
- Papers for adoption purposes
- Powers of Attorney
- School records such as diplomas, transcripts, letters relating to degrees, etc.
- References and Job Certification
- Trademarks
.
We will process your certificate request same day or within 1 business day, once we receive your order. Apostilles will get mailed out the same day or the following day. Once the Secretary of State receives your request, your paperwork will be processed within one week after it’s processed it will be mailed back.
The Secretary of State will take an average of 3-5 business days to apostille or authenticate most documents for international use in accordance with the Hague Convention.
We cannot guarantee any apostilles processing times.

U.S. Hague Convention Treaty Partners
The link above lists Countries that have agreed to recognize valid documents issued by other signatory countries. The Apostille ensures that documents issued in one signatory country will be recognized as valid in another signatory country.
.
Embassy/Consulate Legalizations: are legalizations (authentications) that are usually required by Non-Hague Convention Countries. In most cases the respective Embassy or Consulate attaches their own legalization to the document after the document has been legalized by the U.S. Department of State. (However, there are Non-Hague Convention countries that require only the state legalization as a mandate for issuing their respective embassy/consular legalization.)
The U.S. Department of State Apostille is a legalization issued by the U.S. Dept. Of State for federal documents signed by a federal official with the proper elements that are destined for Hague Convention countries. State issued documents can not receive this type of legalization.
The U.S. Department of State Authentication certifies the signature of the Secretary of State in which the doc was executed or the signatures of federal agency docs and courts docs executed by the District of Colombia which contain the proper elements. This type of legalization is usually required for docs destined for Non-Hague Convention countries.
The Clerk of the Court Apostille certifies documents of a Federal Court of the U.S. as authentic for presentation in foreign countries. It is issued by the respective federal Clerk of the Court. This type of Apostille is applicable only to Federal Court Documents.

THIS IS A MUST - NO EXCEPTIONS
The document signer(s) must be PHYSICALLY PRESENT before the notary. An essential element of the notarial act is personal, face-to-face communication between the document signer(s) and the notary. This is necessary for the notary to assess the signer’s comprehension of the transaction and willingness to sign, to help ensure that neither coercion nor fraud are present, and to administer the required verbal ceremony. Physical presence of the signer is so important that notaries who fail to require it can be charged with a crime and punished.
